My first important customer/project was Ping-Pong.com (cache), which I managed for many years.

It evolved from a static site to a powerful e-commerce site. Ping-Pong.com is a company which was quick to see the potential of the Internet and invested accordingly. However, it kept a good business strategy (read: a real business with real products and real customers). It is a .com, yes, but was un-affected when the bubble (cache) burst. In fact, the bubble burst was good for us, because it removed a bunch of players in the market which had too much money to burn and no sustainable business model.
